Task
The challenge was to unify Visa's digital product offerings, elevate the customer experience and scale Visa's payment technology solutions. Scalability was the key problem to solve-because there were endless possible combinations of features for Visa's payment and transaction products. The goal was to develop the path of purchase.
Concept & Solution
By taking a user-centered design approach, I stay focused on developing a key set of communication tools and workflows that bridge the gap between design and development. I started with an assessment of the frequent and common features across the products and services and an exploration of design patterns to create a simple, safe, and consistent experience. The Welcome/On-boarding experience had a rich visual style and provided a progressive on-boarding as the user discovers new features. The overall architecture (Home, Card Carousel, Hamburger Menu) was well received in user testing.
