Task
The need was to create and document a holistic Design Ecosystem for Visa digital products. Our internal design team was responsible to define core experience principles that can guide Visa's digital design efforts and engage Visa's customers throughout the brand experience.
Concept & Solution
I worked with UX designers and product managers to define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics. I constantly focused on the consumer to create products that are not only amazing to look at, but also intuitive and useful to billions of people worldwide. The goal was taking on complex problems and designing elegant, simple solutions that surprise and delight users.
