Frameplay

B2B Platform
Intrinsic advertising solutions that deliver measurable results for brands and drive deeper user engagement.

Establishing a design system mindset
We set out to design a platform as a single source of truth, equipping B2B users—including developers, admins, and advertisers—with customization tools for ads and business processes such as User Management, Reporting, and Data Analytics.
My vision centered on creating an experience where users could complete tasks without leaving the main screen or navigating elsewhere. To achieve this, I applied atomic design principles to align the team on the most efficient ways to design and launch new products and features. For example, we proposed a pane/main menu approach to keep actionable items within the same interface, along with list and grid layouts for searchable content and filters.
Implementing a design system was crucial in addressing the team's identified technical debt, streamlining workflows, and ensuring consistency across the platform.

Super Admin User Management
Platform core capabilities
I worked closely with front-end and back-end engineering teams to develop logical frameworks for User Management, Reporting, Search, and Permissions. Our goal was to understand our users (Super Admins) through interviews, map out their experiences, test solutions, and develop tools that would help them complete their tasks successfully.
Search was the most frequently used feature on the Frameplay platform, with users expecting it to be fast and intuitive. Data display and visualization presented an ongoing challenge—lists and grids enabled users to navigate information by theme or chronology. Extensive testing was conducted to refine data organization, optimize loading performance, and improve categorization and filtering.

Find what's not working
Our front-end team and I worked on three platform versions: 0.1 (legacy), 0.2 (new development), and Sandbox (testing environment). By aligning development efforts with version 0.2, we were able to introduce and test new features while maintaining the functionality of the legacy system. This collaborative approach fostered teamwork and technical support, enabling the exchange of insights and feedback to create a more cohesive and effective product.
