About
Frameplay has developed an advanced B2B platform designed specifically for game developers and publishers to monetize their games through seamlessly integrated in-game advertising. This sophisticated system ensures that ads are embedded within the gaming environment in a way that does not disrupt the user experience, creating a balanced ecosystem where all stakeholders benefit. The platform's technology allows advertisers to deliver targeted advertising campaigns effectively within the gaming ecosystem.
Platform Configuration
I was tasked with developing a robust B2B platform catering to both administrators and developers. The goal was to create an ecosystem that streamlined administrative operations and empowered developers with the tools and environments necessary for innovation and functionality enhancements. A key objective was to design an administrative dashboard that efficiently managed user permissions, content control, and settings adjustments.

Research
In my role, I collaborated closely with various functions, including product owners, developers, and other key stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle. This cross-functional teamwork was essential to ensure that our designs met both business objectives and user needs.
Recognizing the critical importance of user-centric design, I proactively identified the need for comprehensive user research to gain a deep understanding of our users' environments and behaviors. These included in-depth interviews, site maps, and user journeys, which provided rich qualitative data and insights into user needs and motivations.
Design system for developers
I worked closely with the engineering team to establish a Design System for the developers. By doing so, I give our external engineering team the libraries they need to build new features fas while maintaining high-quality design standards.  As our platform continued to grow, a design system was one part of the solution to solving most debt issues for the product and development teams: I devoted my focus to creating a comprehensive and diverse collection of patterns and design tokens that could be utilized repeatedly. With the governance model and system guides, we reduced communication breakdowns, avoided confusion between teams, and established officiant design hand-offs.
Super Admin Sandbox
In addition, I managed the development of two platform versions: the legacy version (0.1) and the upgraded version (0.2). Both were rigorously tested in a controlled environment known as the Super Admin Sandbox.  I consistently articulated the rationale behind our decisions, leveraging user and product insights to reuse or extend existing patterns and frameworks wherever feasible. I actively sought opportunities to align our development efforts with the 0.2 platform, allowing us to introduce and test new features without compromising the functionality of the legacy system. This approach ensured a smooth transition between versions, maintaining operational continuity while fostering innovation.
Feedback Integration
I established regular feedback loops by organizing and participating in frequent meetings and review sessions with product owners and developers. These interactions allowed me to gather diverse perspectives and incorporate multiple considerations into my design work. This iterative process ensured that the design evolved in alignment with the project's goals and user expectations.
