b2b platform
Frameplay's B2B platform was developed for game developers and publishers to monetize their games through seamlessly integrated in-game advertising. The platform ensures ads are unobtrusively embedded within the gaming environment, preserving the user experience and enabling advertisers to deploy targeted campaigns. It also offers robust analytics and reporting tools, allowing advertisers to measure campaign performance and impact accurately. This approach maximizes revenue potential for both developers and advertisers while maintaining a positive experience for gamers.
configuration
My primary task was to create a new version of the B2B platform for administrators and developers. This involved developing a centralized hub—an Admin dashboard—where different departments, teams, or components work together seamlessly, avoiding isolated or fragmented areas, and effectively gathering and interpreting qualitative insights. A key objective was to equip external and internal users with efficient tools and workflows to assist with user management, permissions, content control, and admin settings.
design system
In collaboration with multiple stakeholders, I implemented a unified Design System that provided our external engineering team with essential libraries and shared design guidelines. As our platform expanded, this system became vital in addressing technical debt and enabling rapid feature development while maintaining high design standards. I created site maps and user flows to highlight key software architecture considerations for implementing design solutions. Additionally, I designed a comprehensive collection of patterns and design tokens to streamline design hand-offs and fostered collaboration to ensure alignment with project goals and technical constraints.
super admin sandbox
During the development of platform versions 0.1 and 0.2, I thoroughly tested both versions in the Super Admin Sandbox. I consistently supported our decisions with user and product insights, leveraging existing patterns and frameworks whenever possible. By actively synchronizing development with the 0.2 platform, front-end developers and I introduced and tested new features while maintaining the functionality of the legacy system. This approach facilitated cohesive teamwork, enabling us to share insights and feedback to create a more integrated and effective product.
